What We Offer

• Full-time employment
• Participation in the kitchen tip pool, which may average an additional $3–$4 per hour depending on business volume (tips are variable and not guaranteed)

Schedule

• Availability required for nights and weekends
• Typical kitchen hours range between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
• Availability 5–7 days per week, with Wednesday through Sunday preferred

What You'll Do

• Stock, organize, and prepare kitchen stations for service.
• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including appetizers, entrées, and desserts.
• Prepare ingredients through proper cleaning, cutting, and food preparation techniques.
• Execute food plating according to the Head Chef's standards and presentation guidelines.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen team members to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including cleaning equipment and workstations at the end of each shift.
• Work confidently across all kitchen stations, including salad, sauté, grill, and prep.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant.
• Strong cooking skills and the ability to execute multiple menu items consistently.
• Experience working across multiple kitchen stations.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• A commitment to food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
• Butchery experience is a plus.
• Pastry experience is a plus.
• A flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends.
