The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food for guests based on established guidelines while maintaining a clean, organized work area. This role supports all kitchen outlets including banquets and line cooking, with a strong focus on food safety, portion control, and sanitation standards.
What you'll do
- Prepare food for all outlets and banquet operations according to daily requirements
- Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and food safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen and work area
- Assist with daily specials and requisitioning of food and supplies
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of cooking experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous banquet and line cooking experience required
- Culinary degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
