Join one of Washingtons premier wineries! Maryhill Winery is seeking line cooks to join our Woodinville Bistro staff. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions available come join our team!


Responsibilities and Standards:


  • Maintain a positive, team and service-oriented attitude.
  • Follow prep and line procedures as set by culinary leadership.
  • Accurately follow recipes and food specifications.
  • Prepare menu items to established par levels with the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently.
  • Communicate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.
  • Required to follow all safety procedures to ensure personal and staff safety from potential hazards.
  • Other duties as assigned as it relates to the team environment.
Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in a busy environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary school training is a plus.
  • WA food handlers card or SERV Safe/HACCP Certification.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

  • Perform fine hand manipulation including handling small and large objects, chopping, using kitchen equipment, as well as working with and around sharp objects, including knives and slicers
Compensation & Benefits:


  • Competitive hourly rate starting $20.00-$26.00 Per hour DOE
