The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, maintains high food quality standards, and works well as part of a team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. **Apply Today!** **Qualifications** Under general supervision of the Sous Chef, prepares, and cooks a wide variety of food to include, appetizers, entrees, sandwiches, side orders, salads and desserts for a casual dining restaurant. - A minimum of one year experience as a cook in a restaurant environment. - Must be 18 years of age in Arizona. - Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. - Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
