Line Cooks

We are seeking experienced and motivated Line Cooks to join our large kitchen team supporting primarily dinner and all-day service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The right candidates will demonstrate skill in food preparation, cooking, and station maintenance while ensuring quality and safety standards. Working with standard kitchen equipment, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent meals through efficient order assembly and strong team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations throughout shifts
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure food safety and presentation standards
• Manage inventory of kitchen supplies to avoid shortages during service
• Assemble orders accurately and timely in coordination with front-of-house staff
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic working environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize workflow and service speed
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working as a line cook in a busy kitchen
• Possession of a valid Food Handlers Card
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Proficient knife skills and diverse cooking techniques
• Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
• Attention to detail ensuring quality and consistency
• Ability to work well within a team and provide excellent customer service
• Experience with inventory management in a kitchen setting
