What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout service
• Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation
• Work efficiently during high-volume service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
• Keep your station and work areas clean and organized
• Work closely with the culinary team to keep service running smoothly
• Assist with prep, closing duties, and other kitchen responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and direction
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
