**Job Title: Line Cook**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare, cook, and present menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, following all safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and gather necessary supplies for daily operations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely service and delivery of quality dishes.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or needs to the kitchen manager.
- Ensure that food storage and handling practices meet all health and safety guidelines.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and the ability to work with various kitchen equipment.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different culinary styles and techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, banquets and holidays as needed.
