About Us: Rye Tavern is a farm-to-table restaurant committed to seasonally-driven cuisine and culinary craftsmanship. We work with local purveyors, cook with intention, and take pride in technique from our charcoal grill to our house-made charcuterie.

The Position: We're hiring line cooks for multiple stations. Full-time positions are our priority, but part-time opportunities are also available for the right candidates.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute high-quality dishes across multiple stations (grill, saut , garde manger, etc.)
  • Maintain consistency in preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Work with seasonal ingredients and house-made components
  • Prep mise en place and maintain station organization
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold our standards
  • Adapt to a dynamic, high-volume environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience preferred, but we'll train passionate, dedicated cooks at any level
  • Strong knife skills and fundamental cooking techniques
  • Ability to work clean, fast, and efficiently under pressure
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for quality food and restaurant craft
