About the Role

Chase Staffing is seeking Pour Line Coordinator for the Newnan Facility. Experience in Mattress and/or Pillows are plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and organize the pour line for daily production.

  • Enter foam formulas and production settings accurately before startup.

  • Operate and monitor the pour line to support safe production, product quality,

  • Observe foam appearance, process conditions, temperatures, pressures, feed rates, and other operating indicators.

  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and monitoring chemicals, consumables, and auxiliary production materials.

  • Communicate with management, maintenance, shipping, fabbing, and customer service regarding production priorities, material needs, downtime, and schedule changes.

  • Identify and report mechanical, quality, or safety concerns promptly.

  • Complete production paperwork, follow safety procedures, maintain housekeeping standards, and support continuous improvement efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Manufacturing experience required.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Polyurethane foam, Mattress, chemical processing, bulk liquid transfer, or pour line experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience with industrial equipment, production coordination, and process monitoring preferred.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to read and follow written instructions, labels, schedules, and production documents.

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, communication skills, and ability to work independently while coordinating with a team.

Skills That Help You Succeed

  • Working knowledge of manufacturing flow, process consistency, and quality expectations.

  • Ability to recognize abnormal operating conditions and respond appropriately.

  • Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, keep accurate records, and work safely under pressure.

  • Strong safety awareness; bulk liquid handling or mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working around moving mechanical equipment.

  • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and handling of tools, hoses, drums, or materials within safe limits.

  • Work in an industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, humidity, dust, forklifts, moving machinery, and hazardous chemicals.

  • Use of required PPE and respiratory equipment may be necessary for certain tasks.

  • Must be able to work overtime, and adjust schedules when production needs require.
