What You'll Do
As a Line Feeder Operator, you'll be part of a hands-on production team that keeps our operation running smoothly. No experience? No problem-we'll train you.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Operating industrial equipment like shredders and grinders
- Setting up machines to meet production schedules
- Loading materials on equipment using a forklift
- Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as needed
- Following safety procedures to keep yourself and your team safe
- Occasionally using forklifts to move materials (not a forklift-only role)
This role is active-you'll be on your feet, moving, and engaged throughout your shift.

Basic Requirements:
- Able to work 12-hour shifts (7:00 am - 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm - 7:00 am)
- Comfortable with a rotating schedule (every other weekend)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Bonus points if you have manufacturing experience, mechanical skills, or basic computer knowledge-but not required.
