Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time

• First Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Second Shift: Monday – Thursday, 2:15 PM – 12:45 AM (4×10 schedule, Fri–Sun off)

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Line Helpers to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attendance, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled setting. Math skills needed.


Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Inspects and packages products in compliance with part specifications/customer requirements
• Operates any necessary scales/equipment related to the assigned process
• Completes required paperwork/system input for each product
• Maintain a clean work environment by keeping work area free of trash and scrap. 
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Basic reading and writing comprehension in English (to read work order instructions, safety and policy manuals). 
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient in basic math skills.
• Basic communication skills.
• Ability to follow and give instructions.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment 
• Ability to work closely with others in a team environment
• Work authorization: United States (Required)

Requirements

• Steel-toe boots (must cover the ankle) required on Day 1
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Must remain alert—no cell phones, earbuds, or distractions allowed on the floor
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
