Second Shift: Monday Thursday, 2:15 PM 12:45 AM (4×10 schedule, FriSun off)
Position Overview We are seeking dependable Line Helpers to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attendance, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled setting. Math skills needed.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Inspects and packages products in compliance with part specifications/customer requirements
Operates any necessary scales/equipment related to the assigned process
Completes required paperwork/system input for each product
Maintain a clean work environment by keeping work area free of trash and scrap.
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Basic reading and writing comprehension in English (to read work order instructions, safety and policy manuals).
Basic computer skills.
Proficient in basic math skills.
Basic communication skills.
Ability to follow and give instructions.
Basic problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to work closely with others in a team environment
Work authorization: United States (Required)
Requirements
Steel-toe boots (must cover the ankle) required on Day 1
Ability to work overtime as needed
Strong attendance and reliability
Must remain alertno cell phones, earbuds, or distractions allowed on the floor
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
