Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shifts | Monday–Friday | 6:00 am- 4:30pm or 4:00pm- 12:00am

What You’ll Do as a Line Lead:- Oversee daily assembly line operations to ensure efficient production
- Train, mentor, and support line staff to meet production goals
- Monitor product quality and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and food safety regulations
- Complete required paperwork including production, time, and safety documentation
- Coordinate materials and inventory needed for the shift
What You Need to Bring to the Line Lead Role:- Previous manufacturing experience (1–3 years preferred), ideally in food production
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and maintain production flow
- Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to the Inver Grove Heights area
- Ability to pass any required pre-employment background check or drug screen
