2nd shift Production Line Lead
*Understand, follow, and teach process to a team of production workers (4-6 workers)
*Read and verify line orders
*Run filling machines
*Complete all production and QA paperwork
*Adhere to all safety protocol
*Maintain a clean and safe work area
*Check work and lead by example
*Meet shift deadlines
*Flexible and available for overtimes with some weekends.
Requirements:
*Experience in a lead role
*Experience working with filling machines
*Experience in completing tickets/paperwork on a production line
*Experience in QA on a production line
*Able to motivate and lead by example
*Comfortable working around chemicals
