Job Title: Line LeadShifts & Pay:- 1st Shift: 5:50 AM – 2:00 PM | Pay: $18.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift: 1:50 PM – 10:00 PM | Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
Overview:
The Line Lead is responsible for supervising the daily operations of a production line, ensuring production goals are met, quality standards are upheld, and equipment operates efficiently. This role calls for a proactive leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills to keep the team engaged and productive.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Oversight & Efficiency- Arrive before the shift begins to ensure equipment and materials are ready for production.
- Communicate daily targets clearly and work with the team to achieve 100% of goals.
- Monitor live production data and adjust workflow as needed to stay on track.
- Complete and submit daily batch records and production paperwork at the end of each shift.
Equipment Operation & Troubleshooting- Develop a thorough understanding of production line machinery to troubleshoot and resolve common issues.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Support preventative maintenance efforts to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
Quality Control & Compliance- Inspect products regularly to ensure they meet all quality and specification standards.
- Accurately complete all documentation related to quality control and compliance.
