Lead and support production line employees
Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
Monitor workflow and move product through production phases
Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
Report machine issues, policy violations, and incidents
Ensure employees wear proper PPE and follow break schedules

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing for long periods and working in hot conditions
Strong attendance and willingness to work overtime
