Line Lead

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for Line Lead openings! These long term opportunities offer full time hours. Positions are currently available on 2nd OR 3rd shift! Pay is $21.25-22.00/hr based on shift.

Responsibilities:

• assist in directing employee activities in an assigned manufacturing room
• ensure products packaged meet customer/company standards
• perform line duties as needed
• ensure batch record entries are made
• assist in production performance metrics reporting
• complete room line/area changeovers including startups and lot changes
• assist in training as needed

Candidates for this role must have a degree - Associates w/ 3 years experience in pharma/medical device manufacturing OR a Bachelors degree w/ 1 year experience in pharma/medical device manufacturing. Good documentation, organization, and planning skills are a must. Proficiency in MS Office is needed. Leadership experience is a must.
