Production Line Lead – Nights (High Speed Line)
Location: Chippewa Falls, WI
Salary: $25.38/hour plus $2.50 shift premium

Your part in our story:
The Production Line Lead oversees the day-to-day execution of the production schedule on 1-2 production lines. Together with the Production Supervisor & Production Shift Lead, the Production Line Lead is responsible for training and coaching production staff on their assigned production line each shift. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe work group that is focused on quality, customer service, people development, and producing products at the lowest possible cost.
- Assist the Production Supervisor & Production Shift Lead in leading a team of 2-4 Production personnel.
- Through leadership that promotes putting people first, operating honestly, ethically, and promoting/advancing a strong team-oriented environment
- Fostering an inclusive and supportive environment through a feedback-driven workplace where every employee feels heard, valued, and empowered.
- Driving safety compliance for all employees by setting and enforcing safety guidelines
(a company safety champion).
- Provides hands-on safety training for all Production staff on their assigned line each shift.
- Together with the Production Supervisor & Production Shift Lead, motivates and delegates personnel in the assigned Production line for the applicable shift.
- This position requires 100% of time on the production floor supporting employees. As well as hands-on setup, training, and troubleshooting of all the packaging and production equipment.
- Execute a multitude of packaging Quality Checks and document appropriately into the Food Safety and Quality Assurance software used by Premium Waters.
- Monitor the execution of all applicable quality checks by other personnel on their assigned production line each shift.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our automated packaging and manufacturing equipment.
- This position will require hands-on operation, training, and troubleshooting of the following equipment: Molding equipment, fillers, labelers, cappers, case packers, and robotic palletizers.
- Have or acquire knowledge of GMP's, sanitation standards, and SQF & FDA requirements.
- Ensures all production staff for your assigned line follow key steps in quality and food safety processes.
- Ensuring the on-time delivery of our products to all our customers, as dictated by the production schedule.
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of their assigned production line each shift.
- Completion or verification of completion of all paperwork on time and accurately.
- Work 5pm-5:10am on a 2-2-3 shift schedule:
- Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

About you – preferred requirements for this role
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years Packaging or Manufacturing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
- Must be able to complete the forklift certification course and drive a forklift.
