 Now Hiring: Line Leader – Manufacturing

Are you an experienced manufacturing or packaging professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Line Leader to help oversee daily production activities and keep operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production employees, monitor workflow, maintain quality standards, and help ensure production goals are met. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, solve problems, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• 
  Assist with leading and coordinating daily production activities
  
• 
  Support and guide production employees on assigned lines
  
• 
  Monitor production flow, quality, and productivity
  
• 
  Help ensure employees follow safety, GMP, and company procedures
  
• 
  Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to supervisors
  
• 
  Assist with training and onboarding new employees
  
• 
  Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate documentation
  
• 
  Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
• 
  Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  Previous manufacturing, packaging, or production experience
  
• 
  Prior leadership or lead experience strongly preferred
  
• 
  Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  
• 
  Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage a team
  
• 
  Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  
• 
  High School Diploma/GED preferred
  

 

Physical Requirements

• 
  Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout shift
  
• 
  Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  
• 
  Work around moving machinery in a production environment
