HTSS is seeking experienced Line Leaders to support production operations in a fast-paced, team-driven manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with leadership experience who are ready to take ownership of production performance, quality, and team support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and support daily production activities to meet goals
  
• 
  Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards
  
• 
  Communicate priorities and assignments to team members
  
• 
  Monitor line performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  
• 
  Assist with changeovers, startups, and line clearances
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation and support GMP standards
  
• 
  Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
  

 

Qualifications:

• 
  Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or packaging required
  
• 
  Strong understanding of quality, inspections, and production processes
  
• 
  Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  
• 
  Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
• 
  Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word) preferred
