Line Leader - Weekend 3rd shift in Exeter, NH, responsible for training team members on SOPs, performing all line positions, managing overtime and scheduling, and ensuring safety and 5S standards.
They conduct audits, lead problem-solving, and stop production if issues arise, while promoting a positive work environment and coaching staff.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with production basics, meeting hourly targets, and performing first-level repairs on equipment.
