1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:00pm2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–9:00pm
We’re looking for strong, people-focused Line Leaders to guide daily operations, develop associates, and drive continuous improvement. If you’re energized by coaching others, solving problems on the floor, and keeping processes running smoothly, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Associate Interaction – 70%
Lead with visibility and support by spending the majority of your time on the floor. Responsibilities include:
Coaching, developing, and mentoring temporary associates through one-on-ones and daily interactions
Ensuring a safe, clean, secure, and fair work environment
Delivering orientation, training, performance reviews, and ongoing development
Supporting conflict resolution and team communication
Ensuring associates have the tools, resources, and equipment needed to perform effectively
Helping manage turnover in alignment with site goals
First Choice / Process Improvement – 10%
Help elevate productivity and strengthen processes. Responsibilities include:
Leading productivity and process-improvement initiatives
Collaborating with regional sites on safety, labor sharing, and best practices
Participating in workshops, action plans, and project follow-through
Planning – 5%
Keep the shift running efficiently through smart planning. Responsibilities include:
Managing daily workload, staffing, and workflow priorities
Minimizing unplanned overtime
Supporting daily/weekly workload planning and volume forecasting
Human Resources – 5%
Support associate performance and staffing needs. Responsibilities include:
Participating in recruiting, interviewing, and training
Coaching and counseling for performance improvement
Ensuring company policies are communicated, applied, and enforced
Monitoring performance variances and identifying root causes
Communications – 5%
Keep information flowing clearly and consistently. Responsibilities include:
Leading pre-shift meetings and communicating SOPs
Ensuring smooth shift hand-offs
Interacting professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
