Job Title: 1st Shift Line Loader
Location: Wakefield, NE
Shift:1st shift: Monday – Friday | 6am – 3pm
Pay: $17.50/hour
Job Summary
Aventure Staffing is seeking a motivated and physically active Line Loader. This is a fast-paced, industrial environment where precision and physical stamina are key.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production Loading: Remove cases from pallets and place them onto conveyors; remove empty flats from stackers.
- Quality Control: Ensure plastic flats are clean of debris and follow all Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintenance: Perform minor troubleshooting on production loaders and promptly report mechanical issues to management.
- Sanitation: Keep the machine area neat and maintain sanitary conditions in your workspace
- Workflow Coordination: Work closely to maintain a steady flow of production.
Requirements & Physical Demands
- Lifting: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Stamina: Able to stand on hard surfaces for most of the shift; must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and climb stairs.
- Environment: Comfortable working in cold, wet, noisy, or dusty conditions and around standard cleaning solutions.
- Coordination: Excellent hand-eye coordination for repetitive tasks.
