The ILN Line Station Supervisor provides direct supervision to personnel, overseeing hiring, scheduling, discipline, training, coaching, mentoring, and termination. They are responsible for ensuring safety, compliance, and profitability of the ILN line station, reporting to the Line Maintenance Manager.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, Airframe & Powerplant licenses, and 5 years of experience in transport category aircraft line maintenance. Knowledge of FAA FAR Part 145 regulations, accounting, and budgeting is essential. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
Preferred qualifications are bilingual ability (English and Spanish), a degree in business or technical field, and 2 years of project management experience within FAR 145 repair station operations.
