Job Description
As an Plastic Process Line Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process, loading and unloading molding machines, assembling components, and ensuring product quality. This hands-on role requires a strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical documentation.
As an Plastic Process Line Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process, loading and unloading molding machines, assembling components, and ensuring product quality. This hands-on role requires a strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload components from molding and inserting machines
- Use hand tools, power tools, and tape guns safely and effectively
- Perform visual inspection and process verification to ensure product quality
- Handle and install components with care and accuracy
- Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOM), routers, and work instructions
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand Bills of Materials and assembly instructions
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience in manufacturing or injection molding a plus, but not required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary for this position is $16/hr. or more based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
