Line Operator / General Labor 1st , 2nd and 3rd shift

Job Summary:

Company is currently seeking motivated and reliable Line Operator/General Labor to join our production team!

Shift:  1st Shift ( 7:00 A.M - 3:30P.M ) 2nd Shift (3:00 P.M. – 11:30 P.M.) & 3rd Shift (11:00 P.M. – 7:30 A.M.)
Schedule: Monday – Friday plus OT
Pay Rate: 1st shift @ $16 , 2nd shift @ $ 17 and 3rd shift @ $ 17.60
Location: Schaumburg, IL

Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials, equipment, and presses for production runs
• Clean grinders, dryers, hoppers, and loaders
• Pull and mix materials according to work orders
• Set auto loaders for proper regrind ratios
• Move finished goods to warehouse areas
• Supply packaging to production lines
• Maintain accurate documentation

✅ Requirements:

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to operate a forklift (training provided)

⭐ Preferred:

• 0–1 year of experience in material handling
• Familiarity with manufacturing or injection molding
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts
