Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM; Holiday Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join a paint manufacturing facility. In this role, you will work on the paint line to ensure efficient production, conduct quality testing, and assist with proper packaging of paint products. Success in this position means maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting production goals through effective line operation and quality control. This position is essential to ensuring high-quality paint products reach customers efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate paint line equipment to fill buckets with product and manage the line "pit crew"
• Apply labels and securely place lids on paint containers with accuracy and efficiency
• Test paint samples and assist the mixer with quality checks and adjustments
• Palletize finished paint products for shipment or storage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following safety guidelines
• Support production processes by assisting with testing and quality control as needed
• Handle lighter equipment and tools associated with the paint line
• Follow safety protocols to ensure personal and team safety
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Adhere to standardized procedures for filling, labeling, and packaging

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of 3 months warehouse or related experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and twist for up to 90% of shift
• Comfortable working around the smell of paint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Knowledge of paint or chemical handling
• Previous experience operating production machinery

Tools / Equipment / Systems:

• Paint line machinery
• Palletizing equipment
• Testing tools for quality control

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing, bending, and twisting for the majority of shift
• Working around paint smell and in a manufacturing setting
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness in a production environment
