What You'll DoChemical Preparation & Mixing
- Prepare and mix chemical formulations according to production specifications
- Accurately measure and weigh materials using industrial scales
- Monitor and document chemical usage throughout the production process
- Replace chemical drums and safely connect materials to production systems
- Refill tanks and containers with required chemicals and additives
- Verify proper chemical preparation before production startup
Production Line Setup & Operation
- Assemble, prepare, and inspect foam production equipment
- Configure machine settings to achieve quality and density requirements
- Perform pre-operation inspections and safety checks
- Monitor production performance and product quality
- Report equipment concerns or operational issues promptly
Production Support
- Assist experienced operators with troubleshooting and process adjustments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow established safety procedures and production standards
End-of-Shift Responsibilities
- Clean production equipment and work areas
- Prepare materials and chemical mixes for upcoming production runs
- Dispose of waste materials according to company procedures
- Ensure the work area is ready for the next shift

QualificationsPreferred Experience
- Manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred
- Technical training or coursework in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and production requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Knowledge of GHS chemical labeling systems is beneficial
- Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery and chemical processing systems
- Ability to work in confined spaces when necessary
- Good manual dexterity for equipment setup and adjustments
