General Position Scope: This position is responsible for operating bag machines and associated manufacturing equipment to safely produce high-quality bags, assist with line utilities, set-up lines with materials needed per instructions, operating procedures, and quality specifications, etc. Position will include competitive salary, bonus opportunities, full benefits package, and 401k. - Understand and follow all safety procedures/policies
- Read and verify line orders/dockets (BOMs)
- Understand job requirements by the specifications listed on the product BOMs
- Perform quality checks of material being produced every 30 minutes and complete related documentation
- Prepare packaging materials for upcoming jobs
- Complete daily production paperwork
- Assist with product change over
