Line Operator – Food Production
Location: Shelby, OH | Schedule: Full-Time | Compensation: $19-22 per hour + Overtime

What You’ll Do
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
Make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
Perform basic troubleshooting and light maintenance
Keep production running at optimal speed
Package and process products following USDA, FDA, and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift as needed
Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Schedule & Pay
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Available + paid at time and a half
Saturdays: As needed
