As a multiple WeddingWire award winner, we host some of the most memorable events in the area - with multiple indoor and outdoor private event spaces and events for up to 250 guests. You'll handle both line and prep cook work for our Banquets and Events team and do it all in a one-of-a-kind setting. We're part of Clyde's Restaurant Group, which has 14 restaurants across the DMV..

On the line:
- Set up your station before service with everything you need
- Cook orders using our recipes and kitchen tickets
- Use kitchen equipment the right way and keep it safe
- Keep your station clean and stocked during your shift
- Follow Clyde's food safety and quality standards
In prep:
- Wash, peel, slice, dice, and chop vegetables, meat, and fish
- Use commercial slicers and food processors to prep ingredients
- Operate ovens and gas ranges as needed
- Weigh and portion food items using a portion control scale
- Label, date, and store all prepped product correctly
- Keep your prep area, equipment, and machinery clean throughout your shift
