As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings. We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
Duties:- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in the coordination and execution of catering events
- Cook food according to recipes and guidelines provided
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Skills:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
