As a Line/Prep Cook at Herbe Sainte, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our restaurant. You will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, cooking meals to order, and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation including cutting, chopping, and measuring ingredients
• Cook and plate meals according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Cleaning consistently including scrubbing walls and floors

• Assisting with dishwashing when needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Line/Prep Cook preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work well within a team
