Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing duties and sanitation practices
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines
• Support meal assembly and plating to deliver visually appealing dishes to guests
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and rotating stock items
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with kitchen staff and servers

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary settings is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with food preparation methods
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
