Line Prep
You are the backbone of our kitchen operations. Your efficiency affects the everyday operations of the restaurant. This position also offers a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of kitchen management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all raw food items for the cook line
- Chopping all vegetables
- Make all salads
- Measuring and packaging various ingredients for our recipes
- Safely store all food items ensuring proper food handling and temperatures
- Maintain a clean safe work environment
- Assist the other kitchen staff as needed
- Use and clean all kitchen equipment safely and effectively
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- May need to climb ladder up to 4 feet
- Must wear non-slip footwear
- Maintain your uniform
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
