Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble delicious Mexican-inspired dishes according to Qdoba's recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and fulfilling their orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

• No formal education required
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
