Line Service Technician (Overnights)

We are currently hiring a Line Service Technician to support the smooth operation of our hangar facilities and aircraft parts department. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment, managing parts inventory, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring that all facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform routine maintenance tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Location: Tampa, Florida (KTPA)

Schedule: Full-time, averaging about 32-40 hours per week, weekends are required. (2300-0700)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to aircraft owners and operators
• Perform aircraft fueling operations
• Assist with aircraft parking and towing
• Conduct routine inspections of fueling equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment grounds and FBO
• Perform janitorial services as required
• Hangar and aircraft stocking as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalency certificate.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record; ability to drive to other locations as needed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company and safety regulations.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Comfortable using safety equipment such as a safety belt when required.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in an organized, safety-conscious manner.
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and perform general physical tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in aviation or related field preferred
• Familiarity with aircraft fueling procedures and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• HS Diploma, GED and some college credits preferred. Experience may be allowed to substitute the post-secondary requirement.
• Valid Operators License
