Evaluate the potential to streamline reporting and dashboards for better management of time charging and capitalization performance.
Develop or refresh Accounting Policy playbooks and guidance documents to simplify operations tasks.
Provide targeted training for line supervisors, shop personnel, and Business Services teams to reinforce expectations and improve consistency.
Conduct a joint review with Accounting Policy and Engineering on standard design requirements.
Ensure projects are designed and executed using approved standards, considering capitalization implications early in the process.
Evaluate existing tools and processes related to time charging, focusing on PowerOn follow-up activities for improvement opportunities.
