Job Title: Line Shop Analyst III

Location: Morristown, NJ

Pay Rate: $67.24 per hour, W2

Duration: 3+ Month Contract

Summary:

• Work Mode: Onsite, with travel around Northern NJ

Responsibilities:

• Travel to various line shops and service centers in Northern NJ to meet with Managers and Directors to review financials.
• Assist line shops in achieving capitalization targets.
• Conduct targeted field visits to shops and service centers with lower capitalization rates.
• Collaborate with Accounting Policy, Business Services, and Operations teams during shop reviews to understand local practices and provide guidance on capitalization decisions.
• Develop standardized review tools and reporting to streamline processes and enhance time charging and capitalization performance management.
• Create or update Accounting Policy playbooks and guidance documents for easy understanding of operations tasks.
• Provide targeted training for line supervisors, shop personnel, and Business Services teams to reinforce expectations and improve consistency.
• Conduct a joint review of standard design requirements with Accounting Policy and Engineering teams to ensure projects are executed using approved designs.
• Evaluate existing tools and processes related to time charging for improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Comfortable asking questions about financials and time charging.
• Located in Northern NJ.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with work management tools such as QV reports, Business Services reports, and Operations reports.
