Line Support

Nesco Resource is hiring Line Support Team Members for a well-established client in Waverly, NY. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and are looking for long-term stability with growth potential.

Pay

• $18.00 $19.00 per hour

Shifts Available (Monday Friday)

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support production lines to ensure product quality meets company standards
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and communicate concerns to the Line Operator
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Perform packing, bottle/can loading, and case/carton forming
• Learn and follow customer-specific stacking patterns
• Palletizing and other general labor duties as assigned
• Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working on step ladders and elevated platforms
• Experience using manual or motorized pallet jacks is a plus
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
