What You'll Do as a Line Worker:- Assist in multiple departments including baking, icing, and packaging
- Gather and prepare production materials such as pans, utensils, and packaging supplies
- Place finished products into proper containers with correct labels (including allergen labels)
- Clean and sanitize production lines during product changeovers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area at all times
- Remove debris and ensure floors and surrounding areas remain hazard-free
What You Need to Bring to the Line Worker Role:- Ability to communicate effectively with team members to maintain production flow
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately at a steady pace
- Willingness to take responsibility and work as part of a team
- Ability to work with both manual and automated equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
