1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $17.00/hr
2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM | $17.00/hr
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Florence, KY. In this role, you will assist with the production, packaging, and inspection of chemical products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Job Responsibilities
Fill containers with chemical products according to established procedures
Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
Load raw materials and replenish production supplies as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
Assist with general production duties to help meet daily production goals
Stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred, but not required
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Steel-toed, non-mesh work shoes are required
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen
Must have a valid government-issued ID from Kentucky, Ohio, or Indiana
Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance are essential
