Job Description:
 We are seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our welding products manufacturing team in Pearland, TX. This role involves assembling, soldering, and inspecting components to ensure high-quality production standards are met. The ideal candidate is precise, safety-conscious, and works well as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

• Perform soldering on various metal components according to specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards
• Operate hand tools and soldering equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other assembly or manufacturing tasks as needed
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.

 Requirements:

• Previous soldering experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks

 Schedule & Benefits:

• Full-time schedule, Monday – Friday (hours may vary depending on production needs)
• Shift is 8:00 am - 4:45 pm
• Pay $15.00
