Linehaul Relay Supervisor

AAA Cooper Transportation is immediately hiring a Relay Supervisor to join the team at our Phoenix, AZ terminal. This role is a crucial part of the service center's daily success through strong leadership ability. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure safety of all employees

• Ability to resolve conflict

• Coordinate the movement of LTL shipments within the ACT network efficiently and safely

• Make accurate and timely line haul projections

• Help manage driver compliance with all State and Federal regulations

• Provide consistent leadership to the line haul group

• Perform as a team leader with other supervisors in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: 71000.00-76000.00 per_year, General Benefits:

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 21 years or older

• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen

• Satisfactory background check

• Flexible Hours

• Have the ability to be certified as a forklift operator.

• Be familiar with proper procedures for handling hazardous materials.

• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, and comply with all federal, state and local regulations that govern a safe work environment.

• Read, write, speak and understand English well.

• Count, add, and subtract digits up to 10,000's.

• Have a working knowledge of all DOT regulations that govern your particular job.

• Understanding the LTL industry.

• Punctual, meticulous and reliable

• Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
