Linen Delivery Driver

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Linen Delivery Driver in our Lathrop, CA warehouse. The Linen Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering linen to and from the Lathrop warehouse to the In-N-Out Burger restaurants.

General Responsibilities:

• Load truck Stepvan with clean linen at the Lathrop warehouse
• Deliver clean linen to various In-N-Out stores then hang linen in the dressing room
• Collect soiled linen and load onto truck
• Drive 200-400 miles per shift around northern California collecting linen
• Return to Lathrop warehouse and unload bags of soiled linen

Work Schedule & Benefits: Full-time position, Hourly non-exempt Warehouse location: Lathrop, CA Pay Range: $25-27 per hour The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors. Full-time, Hourly Non-Exempt Four 4 nights per week, Rotating Schedule Weekend and holiday availability required Shift hours: Graveyard, 10:00 am - 11:30 am Excellent Benefits to include:

Job Requirements: Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid California Drivers License and clean driving record
• Ability to drive long drives and many miles per shift
• Ability to lift 60-75 lbs. on a continuous basis
• Position requires frequent lifting, standing, reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, bending, and kneeling
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management in a professional manner
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong initiative
• Ability to work independently and follow through safely and accurately on assignments with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
