General Hotels Corporation is seeing a Linen Runner for our Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport. The linen runner is a key role in our ability to provide exceptional service to our guests by distributing linen to the room attendants and linen storerooms. Responsibilities: - Put all linen and room attendant carts on the floor in their designated areas
- Distribute clean linen evenly to all room attendants during the day
- Remove trash carts as needed
- Keep all cart rooms clean and free of trash and dirty linen
- Deliver any requested items to guest rooms, such as a crib or rollaway bed
- Always maintain a friendly and helpful attitude with guests
Requirements: - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, push, and move heavy objects
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
