The Role You'll Contribute:
Develops monthly staffing schedules and ensures coverage for vacations, sickness, and holidays. Mobilizes personnel as necessary to achieve expected productivity and monitors time and attendance. Accomplishes work results by establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results. Conducts interviews through the hiring process, performs employee evaluations as scheduled, and oversees new hire orientations and training. Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel [Required] • Basic computer skills to include MS Office and Outlook [Required] • Knowledge of hiring, development, and termination procedures [Preferred] • Able to communicate in English and Spanish [Preferred] • Knowledge of linen processing procedures and linen sterilization [Required]
