Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Line Workers for a food production company in Le Center, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce premium dessert products while supporting multiple production departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do as a Line Worker:
  • Float between Bakery, Icing, and Packaging departments to support production needs
  • Operate manual and automated production lines to maintain product flow
  • Package finished products by loading/unloading racks, boxing, labeling, and palletizing
  • Assist with icing operations including decorating, glazing, stacking, and spreading products
  • Support bakery processes by preparing pans, depositing batter, and loading ovens
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks between product changeovers following GMP standards
  • Follow safety procedures and communicate with team members to maintain quality and efficiency
What You Need to Bring to the Line Worker Role:
  • Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work in multiple departments as production needs change
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Willingness to wear required PPE and work around common food allergens such as milk, soy, and nuts
  • Dependable, team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
