Linux Admin

• Experience with Unix/Linux systems, file transmission and ability to write SQL queries, perform DB updates and exposure to monitoring scheduling tools such as Autosys, Splunk, Dynatrace.
• Informatica Hadoop systems knowledge to navigate through the systems, verify logs and troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to provide day to day production application support with in-depth analysis, investigation and troubleshoot issues on banking platforms and associated applications.
• Participate in incident bridge calls, ensuring all required individuals are on the call and are actively seeking to resolve the issue(s).
• Document maintain operations procedures.
• Work closely with technology and business operation teams.
• Require good verbal written communication skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Remedy , Service Now etc.
