In this role, you will:
Install and maintain infrastructure components in a physical/virtualized Linux Environment
Configuration and troubleshooting of all aspects of Linux servers
Deployment and migration of applications and Oracle databases
Administer, troubleshoot, and resolve failures and critical alerts on Linux Systems
Write and troubleshoot Linux Shell Scripts
Fault finding, analysis and logging information for reporting of performance exceptions
Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on Linux servers.

Exceptional Candidates also have: (preferred)
Redhat Linux Certification (RHCSA/RHCT/RHCE)
Familiarity with HCI, VMWare, SAN management and Storage concepts
Working Knowledge of Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting
Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Working knowledge of ITSM Tools (Service Now)
At least 2 years' experience in building and managing Redhat OpenShift based Virtualized environments.
Strong working knowledge of Linux: RedHat, OEL, CentOS, etc.
Knowledge of Commvault Backup and EMC Data Domain
