    Responsibilities:

    • Provide implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support for IT systems.
    • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including problem identification, diagnosis, escalation, and resolution.
    • Configure, administer, monitor, and maintain Linux operating systems.
    • Support servers, storage, networks, mobile devices, and other IT infrastructure.
    • Install, configure, patch, and troubleshoot operating systems and network components.
    • Monitor system performance, optimize resource utilization, and support capacity planning.
    • Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.
    • Provide technical analysis and status updates to management and internal customers.
    • Support hardware and dispatch system issues through resolution.
    • Implement system enhancements to improve reliability, availability, and performance.
    Required Skills:
    • 10+ years of experience as a System Administrator supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
    • Experience administering and troubleshooting Linux operating systems.
    • Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and end-user systems.
    • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in a mission-focused environment.

    Experience/Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
    • Five (5) additional years of System Administration experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
    • Ten (10) years of relevant System Administration experience is required.
    Clearance:TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
